Site visit and discussion of the quote
You will visit our venue accompanied by one of our experienced event managers, after which we will finalise the quote together and confirm the date for you.
Fine-tuning details
Two weeks before the event, please confirm the final numbers and dietary requirements. Everything is now being prepared so that nothing is left to chance.
Day of the event
